5th BPW Mediterranean Symposium

Honouring World Women's Entrepreneurship Day, the Cyprus Federation of Business and Professional Women BPW Cyprus is organising, for yet another year, the 5th Mediterranean Symposium, under the theme "Women leading the way in our new reality," to be held on 19 November 2022 at the Royal Hall in Nicosia. Women from the Mediterranean and around the world come together to discuss matters of empowerment and collaboration.

As we confront a new reality, including in the very way businesses now operate in the post-pandemic era, it is more important than ever to ensure that women are not "left behind." Within this framework, the symposium will bring together BPW representatives from all the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, as well as members of BPW International.

Topics such as defining authenticity in women's leadership, how women can capitalise on new challenges, the critical role of women in the future of business, and women in the field of technology are only a few of the themes that the symposium's speakers will explore.

The symposium is a wonderful opportunity to shape the thought processes of women seeking strategies to help them steer their own course as we enter a new year.
