From an early stage within her career, Constantina demonstrated her interest in technology by entering and winning a business plan competition, where she developed a business plan of an app for on-demand nursing and care services based in London. After completing a BSc in Biology at the University of Nottingham, followed by an MSc in International Health Management at Imperial College Business School, Constantina decided to focus her skillset on the Tech industry by completing a qualification in Business Analysis. Constantina kickstarted her professional career in London after securing her first role as a Business Analyst for Barclays and later a Project Manager/Business Analyst role at Nomura. After 7 years in the UK, Constantina returned to Cyprus to join the newly created Digital Channels department of Hellenic bank as a Scrum Master; a position which she still currently holds.
