Mary is an entrepreneur managing her own business. She graduated in the U.S. with an MSc in Political Sciences. She is the managing Director of a property development company and the CEO of a renewable energy company. She was elected the first president of GODEK, a pioneering movement for the promotion of women’s rights.
Mary served as Board Member of the CTO, the primary vehicle for drafting long-term policy for the tourism industry. After being President of BPW Nicosia for two terms, Mary has now been elected President of BPW Cyprus. She is also currently a member of the Technical Committee on Gender Equality.
She comes from Achna of Famagusta District and she is married with 2 children.
She graduated from the Law School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She practices the law profession in Larnaca since 1985, as a member of the Bar Association of Famagusta.
She was Secretary of the Council of Famagusta Bar Association from 2006 until 2014.
She is Member of the Council of the Cyprus Bar Association as Representative of the Bar Association of Famagusta since 2014.
She was President of the INNER WHEEL CLUB LARNACA from 2011 until 2013 and she is the President for 2015 until 2016.
She is the Secretary of ATC (Community Welfare Council) in Achna Forest since 1993.
She was the President of the Members’ Committee and Association of BPW Cyprus from 2000 until 2005 and the President of the Committee SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR of BPW Cyprus from 2005 until 2008.
She was the President of BPW Larnaca-Famagusta from 2008 until 2015.
Nitsa Papachristodoulou was born in Limassol Cyprus. After her graduation from the science section of Lanition Gymnasium Limassol she studied Chemistry with a minor in music at AUB (American University of Beirut ). Coming back to Cyprus she worked at the Ministry of Education as a Chemistry teacher, as an author of the Organic Chemistry Book used by all senior students for several years, as a Chemistry advisor for all high school Chemistry teachers, as a Vice Deputy and finally as a Headmistress for 9 years .For the last 4 years she was the Head Mistress at Lanition Lyceum and she was the Coordinator for all Head Masters of high schools in the Limassol District.
She is one of the few women who in 1988 in Limassol created BPW Cyprus which she served from different places on board ever since. She is also a member of board of Technological University Limassol friends and of Lyceum Womens Club. She is also a member of many other societies in Limassol.
Rita Kotsapa was born in Nicosia, she is married and has two sons. She is a graduate of The English School Nicosia. She has a First Class Diploma in Business Administration and Secretarial Studies from St. Godric’s College, London.

Stella Kammitsi is a qualified lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1992. She is heading the International Corporate Department of the law firm Chryssafinis and Polyviou LLC and her main area of expertise are international and Cyprus Corporate and Banking Law. She has been for many years the Legal Adviser of an international banking unit in Cyprus and other international companies and prior to that she has been extensively involved in the Litigation Department of Chryssafinis and Polyviou LLC.
She is a member to the boards of various companies and associations including, inter alia, the board of STEP Cyprus where she is the Secretary, and the board of the Cyprus-Polish, Cyprus-Ukraine and Cyprus-Czech Republic Business Associations, both operating under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has obtained her Law Degree (LLB (Honours)) from the University of Leicester in 1990 and her LLM in International Banking Law from Boston University, School of Law in 1991. She is a regular speaker at various international legal conferences and has established an extensive network of international lawyers, accountants and auditors.
Stella is married, has a 20 years’ old daughter and she loves swimming, hiking, pilates classes and reading.

She has expertise in the shipping industry providing audit services for shipping clients for more than 7 years. She has experience also on trading and investment holding companies. She is also part of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) committee and she ise also part of the facilitation team providing internal seminars to the Deloitte employees.
